On the 22nd of June 2008 the new Patriarch of Jerusalem His Beatitude
Patriarch Fouad Al-Tawal was enthronement for the Latin Patriarchate of
Jerusalem.

MECC General Secretary sent a letter of congratulation to His 
Beatitude expressing deep
concerns towards peace and justice in Palestine.
