Ministries Convention, January 18-21, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina /USA.

The Adventist Ministries Convention is the premier event for ministry
specialists, pastors, administrators, and ministry directors of the
Seventh-day Adventist Church in North America. The overall thrust of the
convention program is to focus attention on equipping members and churches
to be actively engaged in outreach and evangelism.
In an unparalleled opportunity for ministry specialists, educators,
administrators, and pastors, the 2009 Ministries Convention brings the
resources, expertise, and leadership for ministry together around a singular
goal: fulfilling the gospel commission.
Hope Channel will broadcast live the general sessions of the convention,
including all of the vibrant worship and music, inspiring preaching, and
engaging stories from individuals whose lives have been changed by God's
grace.
"Share the Hope," the formal name for the 2009 Year of Evangelism, will
receive a formal launch via satellite TV broadcast on Tuesday, January 20,
at 10:30 a.m. Eastern, in an event that will be broadcast live on Hope
Channel. "Share the Hope" is an opportunity for churches to utilize every
ministry to reach out with the gospel message to their communities. It is a
renewal of the core mission and task of the Seventh-day Adventist church in
North America. The 2009 Adventist Ministries Convention is the cornerstone
event in the realization of the goals of this inspired initiative.
Operated by the protestant mainstream Seventh-day Adventist Church, Hope
Channel is a family friendly television network that spans the globe. Hope
Channel programming appeals to people of different nationalities and
