In 2010, the 16 days begin on November 25, International Day against Violence Against Women, and end on December 10, International Human Rights Day. ENS Weekly bulletin inserts for Nov. 14 outline the efforts being made by the Episcopal Church Women, the Episcopal Women's Caucus and Anglican Women's Empowerment to take part in this international campaign, established in 1991 by the Center for Women's Global Leadership at Rutgers University.
