Bulletin inserts feature pastoral letter from House of Bishops

"All human beings are ... deserving of dignity and respect, as we
affirm
in our Baptismal Covenant (Book of Common Prayer, p.305). So our
gracious welcome of immigrants, documented or undocumented, is a
reflection of God's grace poured out on us and on all," wrote the
House of Bishops in a pastoral letter on immigration issued at the end
of its September meeting in Phoenix, Arizona. ENS Weekly bulletin
inserts for Oct. 17 feature the full text of the bishops' letter.
