ELCA Disaster Response Sends Emergency Grant for Red River Flooding

CHICAGO (ELCA) -- The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA)
through Lutheran Disaster Response, sent a $10,000 emergency grant to
Lutheran Social Services of North Dakota for immediate response to the
flooding along the Red River and its tributaries.
